We strongly believe that all individuals in Colombia, irrespective of their race, gender, religion, or socio economic background, deserve equal opportunities to receive education and a healthy life.
Since our establishment in June 2020, we have been focusing our efforts and resources on four primary neighborhoods in Medellin -Moravia, El Botadero, Nueva Jerusalem.
Margarita Suarez
Educational Coordinator.
My name is María Margarita Suárez. I was born in the city of Tunja, Boyacá (Colombia) on July 23, 1978. I am a biologist by profession, passionate about research and academia.
I hold a master’s degree in Teaching Exact and Natural Sciences from the National University of Colombia, Medellin campus. I worked as a Natural Sciences teacher for 10 years and later applied to become a coordinator.

My name is John Esteban, and I am passionate about technology and learning. I am 24 years old and have been residing in Medellin for over 4 years. I am a former student of RTF and one of the graduates. I acquired the skills to work as a web designer in WordPress, and now I am part of the administrative team at RTF. My purpose is to ensure that more young people like myself can have better job opportunities and find help and knowledge within this tech community to improve their quality of life.

I was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia. I am 21 years old and currently studying Software Development Technology at the Pascual Bravo University Institution. I am a graduate of Recode The Future, and now I am dedicated to making this program a reliable and useful source of knowledge for the new generations in Medellin. I have invested the past few years of my life in studying what I am passionate about, and now I seek to help and share this love with others. I believe in creative solutions and the possibilities that technology offers us to expand our horizons.

I was born in Chigorodó Antioquia (Colombia) I am 21 years old.
I am currently a student at Blendex Academia ( FRENCH, ENGLISH )
I am a graduate student of the RTF program.
Much of my knowledge in the field has been empirical and RTF Currently I help the RTF program Sharing my knowledge to other students.

Herbert Corazao is a systems engineer with over 10 years of experience in software development. After a successful 5-year career in the corporate world, he decided to change his path and founded Roguedevs, a company specializing in providing customized software development solutions to businesses of all sizes.
With unwavering conviction, Herbert firmly believes that anyone with internet access and the determination to learn can master programming and achieve success with international projects. As part of his vision, he actively seeks out new talent in Latin America, providing them with opportunities to grow and thrive in the technology industry.
I am part of this project because I am fully convinced of the transformative power of programming and the impact it can have on the lives of young people as they develop their technical skills in a field that is in high demand in the digital age we live in.
JULIAN ARTEAGA
Systems Engineer
As a Computer Engineer living in Medellin, I have always been aware that we only have the present moment. That’s why, realizing that Medellin could improve if there were more programmers and web developers, I aspire for our city to become the most important hub of development in the world. I firmly believe that this transformation would bring about a positive change to our city.
Truly, I believe in the power of education as the only salvation from poverty and ignorance. I am a firm believer that education will set us free.
I have been working in software development for twelve years, gaining experience with various programming languages such as C++, Delphi, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, C#, and exploring the concepts of solidity and other aspects of Web 3.
